There are three main ways to get hold of us here at Pure360 Support:
Through your account
Log into your Pure360 account and click on Support on the right hand side of your screen.
This will then bring up our Support Widget. Put a short issue name in the Your Question box and then add a detailed description of your enquiry into the Details box.
Hit the Submit button which will pass the problem straight to our Support Team. This method pulls through all of your account details automatically, which means that our Support Team have all the necessary information to start looking into your issue

A full description of the issue
A contact number
