    Copying the content for an email

    Copying the HTML of a message

    • Go into the email by clicking edit 
    • Go to the message content tab
    • Click on the toggle visual editor button so that you are viewing the code

    • Copy all of the code
    • Leave this message and go to create a new message
    • Enter the message name and subject lines
    • Go to the message content tab. Make sure you are viewing the code side of the template. This will be completely blank at this stage (no toolbar)
    • Paste the HTML code into the message content for your new message.
    • Click on the toggle visual editor button to view the visual part of your email

     

    Copying a message in the Drag & Drop Editor

    • Click on a panel so that your whole panel is highlighted. Then click on the button on the left hand side of the panel as shown below

    • Select the star icon from the options to save the component
    • You can start a new drag and drop message and drag in the saved components to reform your email very quickly
