    Heat Maps

Oct 26, 2015 Posted in: Reports   reports (4)

Heat maps are the ideal way to discover which of your links have been the most successful. You’ll find information on the popularity ranking of your links and how many times that link was clicked by your recipients.

The heat map can be accessed in both reporting modes. In standard reporting you’ll find it in the top links section or it’ll be in the response breakdown if you’re in Enterprise mode.

Selecting the heat map option will bring up a preview of the message with a colour overlay. You’ll find each link will have a corresponding set of three numbers. The first number in brackets is the rank, followed by the number of unique clicks that link had with the third number being the number of repeat clicks.

Knowing the rank and popularity of a link can help you optimise the structure of your messages.
